Busy Life!!

Well....It has been a busy few weeks at the Bennett house hold.

On August 17th Grandpa Larsen passed away early in the morning. He is missed greatly by all of us, but we know he is home with Grandma and that comforts us, that is all he has talked about since she passed away. The funeral was Aug 22nd, and was a very nice celebration of the wonderful life he lived. His dear friends Larry and Larue from Hurricane spoke at his funeral and this was the first time we met them. I truly believe they were is guardian angels, they took great care of him. They are very neat people.

We went camping this weekend in the Uintas, it was so nice and then on Mon morning we woke up to snow..yuk, I am not ready for snow. My family went up and Brent, ReNae, Bradyn and Cindy's family, Shayne and Mandy's family. It was a lot of fun. We fished, and Kesley and her friend came up with the idea to make a zip line, with Hadley's help it worked and kept us and the girls entertained for a few hours...I was a nice relaxing trip. :)

I started school on Aug 21st, I am taking Trigonometry, chemistry and biology!!! YEAH!!!
It has been very busy and keeping me on my feet, along with two, I mean three kids!! :)

This is the last week of Hadley's rodeos. YEAH!!! He is up at the State Fair Thurs and Sun, and then Bluffdale on Friday. Work is keeping him extremely busy which is good, I guess. He is still on the countdown for duck season, but just found out the other day that he drew out for the Swan hunt and he is so excited, don't ask why...

Preslie's first day of preschool was today and she loved it. Hallie and Bridger are in her same class, they should have plenty of fun!! I am so excited for her.

Colter's 2 month check up was this week and he weighs 17# and is 25" long. BIG BOY!!! He is doing really good and couldn't be more loved by all of us.

  1. I'm so excited that you updated your blog. I know you are extremely busy but I love reading up on you guys. I think we may bring Peyton up to the State Fair on Sunday so that she can ride some rides and see the animals so we will probably see you there. Oh, and I guess tomorrow at dance and at the Bluffdale rodeo.
